• September 23rd - start cycle, no meds, just Metformin

Cycle #15 - Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #2

• 23rd - BFN
• 9th - Flight to undisclosed location
• 8th - IUI - horrible thaw, no more IUIs from cryopreservation 
• September 6th, 2012 - U/S - Right: 23mm; Left: 22mm ; Lining 8mm, Trigger shot
• August 27th, 2012 - start Femara @ 5mg

Cycle #14 - Femara + Ovidrel + IUI #1.5

• 24th - BFN
• Husband deployed - converting to cryopreserved samples for following IUIs
• 10th - Ovulation CD19
• 9th - IUI
• 8th - Third wedding anniversary, Trigger shot
• 6th - U/S #2 - Right: 17.5mm; Lining 8mm
• August 3rd, 2012 - U/S #1 - Right: 13mm; Lining 5.8mm
• 18th - start Femara @ 5mg
• July 14th, 2012 - start Provera

Cycle #13 - Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel + IUI #1

• 29th - IUI #1 canceled, Clomid #6 unresponsive, U/S #2 - Right: 10mm; Lining 6.5mm
• 26th - U/S #1 - Right: 10mm & 5mm; Lining 5.8mm - Start Metformin
• June 15th, 2012 - start Clomid #6, @ 100mg

Cycle #12 - Vitex

• 29th - Vitex #5 unresponsive, start Provera
• May 24th - First RE Appointment, found PCOS by ultrasound & then blood work
• 30th - Referral to new RE
• 20th - Move from New Hampshire to Washington state
• April 1st, 2012 - Vitex #5

Cycle #11 - Vitex

• 29th - Post-Op, uterus looks great!
• 22nd - Hysteroscopy #2
• 17th - Vitex #4 unresponsive, start Provera to induce AF
• 15th - Pre-Op
• March 9th - Beta Countdown #4 - 0
• 24th - Beta Countdown #3 - 5 
• 16th - Beta Countdown #2 - 9
• 9th - Post-op
• 8th - Psychic tells us to expect a baby girl born in April

• November 3rd - RE talks about starting me on injectables
• 27th - Lap Surgery & Hysteroscopy #1 
• October 16th, 2011 - Surprise AF, w/out fertility drugs. start Vitex #2

Cycle #8 - Vitex (Not TTC)

• 13th - Lap Surgery rescheduled due to flu
• 12th - Starts burning up & feeling awful
• October 6th, 2011 - SA #2 come out decent, I have PCOS
• 22nd - Bad HSG turns into needing Lap Surgery
• 19th - BW shows high estrogen, U/S #2 normal
• September 16th, 2011 - start Vitex #1

Cycle #7 - Clomid 150mg

• September 9th - SA #2
• 31st - unresponsive to Clomid, start Provera
• 18th - First RE appointment, need SA #2, BW, U/S #2 & HSG before starting treatment
• August 8th - Second wedding anniversary 
• 28th - start Clomid #5 @ 150mg
• July 23rd, 2011  - start Provera

Cycle #6 - Clomid 100mg

• 20th - Horrible BW & borderline low SA #1, unresponsive to Clomid
• July 19th - Psychic tells us to expect a baby girl born in August
• June 24th, 2011 - Clomid  @100mg

Cycle #5 - Clomid 100mg

• 22nd - BFN
• June 8th - O'ed on CD18
• May 22nd, 2011 - Cycle #5 - Clomid @ 100mg

Cycle #4 - Clomid 100mg

• 21st - BFN
• May 9th - O'ed on CD16
• 24th - Clomid @ 100mg
• April 19th, 2011 - start Provera to induce AF

Cycle #3 - Clomid 50mg

• April 18th - unresponsive to Clomid
• March 16th, 2011 - Clomid @ 50mg 

• 15th - U/S #1
• March 11th, 2011 - New OBGYN; end Microgestin
• February 2011 - OBGYN refused to test me for PCOS, decides to swtich doctors
• December 2010 - New OBGYN, gives me Microgestin to regulate my period & tell me to take it for a year.

Cycle #1 & #2 - Not really trying, not really preventing but thought it would happen quick like for everyone else.  I also couldn't pinpoint ovulation with 7 month long cycles.  I thought there was a problem.

Before 2011 

• 12/10 - Microgestin to regulate period
• 11/10 - another 7 months w/out AF; painful cramps
• 05/10 - no more birth control or condoms
• 08/09 - married Bean
• 02/09 - LEEP #2
• 08/08 - Colposcopy #6 w/ biopsy
• 08/07 - met Bean
• 2005-2006 - Pap Smear every 3 months, all abnormal; Colposcopy #2, #3, #4, #5...
• 02/05 - LEEP #1
• 01/05 - Colposcopy #1 w/ biopsy
• 12/04 - second pap - abnormal
• 08/04 - first pap smear - abnormal; started birth control pills, then patch, then Depo Provera 
• 2001 - start of Oligomenorhea, skipping 1 month, then 2, then 3 at a time
• 1996 - start AF w/ cramps & hot flashes; regular cycles
